Once credits are purchased they are added to your account immediately and are non-refundable. This applies to all credit packs regardless of whether they have been used.
CloakMe is a digital service. Credits are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the product is intangible and delivered immediately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
If you were charged but credits were not added to your account due to a technical error on our end, contact us at support@cloakme.online and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
