When you create an account we collect your email address. When you make a payment we collect the details necessary to process that transaction through our payment providers. We also collect usage data such as session duration and credits used so we can display your history in the dashboard.
We do not store your video feed. Your camera stream is processed in real time and never saved to our servers. Reference photos you upload are held only for the duration of your session and are not retained after you close the app.
Your email is used to log you in and send you account-related messages. Usage data is used only to power your dashboard. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising.
CloakMe uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Dodo Payments and NOWPayments for payment processing, and Cloudflare for hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and handles data according to their terms.
Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you want your data deleted, email us at support@cloakme.online and we will remove it within 7 days.
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
